We would like to say a big thank you to all of the visits and donations that were received during the blessed month of December. They were greatly appreciated.
First Day at School!
We are vey excited to announce that eight of our children have had the opportunity to start school this year. The children looked very smart on their first day with their new uniforms and bags. They all had a brilliant day and were very excited to go back. They are now attending Ikhwezi Community School where they had started to make new friends.
 
Christmas
Christmas Day was very special for the children of Bethany Home. The day started by the opening of presents and dancing. The Children then had a delicious Christmas meal which was followed by several parties, so kindly thrown by people who’d given up their own Christmas in order to provide a fun and chocolate filled day. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the day and we here at Bethany would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
  
Street Kids Dance
Our older children were lucky enough to be in invited to a party in the town hall in Mthatha on the 20th of December. The children preformed a dance and a song on stage and watched as other children from other organisations did the same. The children managed to come second and we are all every proud of them. We were so happy and thankful to be invited to this event.
City Motors
On the 24th October we were visited by City Motors who brought a very kind donation and hosted a party for our children. The kids all had a great afternoon. Thank you so much for your support and for spending sometime with our children.
Methodist Church
On October 2nd we visited the Methodist Church. It was a brilliant morning filled with singing and dancing. The Church kindly donated a washing machine, which was thankfully received by all at Bethany and was especially appreciated by the laundry staff. God Bless.
Nigerian Community
In October we were visited by the Nigerian Community who kindly donated food, which was much appreciated by the children of Bethany. They also spent sometime with the kids, which brought joy to the children's day. Thank you and God Bless.
White House B&B
On the 15th of October White House B&B came to Bethany to Host a party. All the children had such a fantastic day. White House brought along a bouncy castle and treats for the children to enjoy. The day was enjoyed by everyone in Bethany. Thank you and God Bless.
